hi, i'm
  tori gerbig!

I learned a long-time ago that success takes persistence and an unwavering belief in yourself. This is the message I yearn to share with anyone who wants more for their lives; anyone who has a dream to create and succeed in their vision.

Curious how I turned my dream into a reality? Read on for the full story ...

first things first

Founder + CEO of Pink LIlly

As the founder and CEO of the multi-million dollar company Pink Lily, I am constantly working to pave a smoother way for women in business [just like you] to be able to continue to rise and enjoy success and fulfillment in your professional and personal lives.

As a small-town Kentucky girl at heart, growing up in a working middle-class family, I learned that success takes persistence and an unwavering belief in yourself. From these humble beginnings, I was able to harness my skills of marketing and social media and enter the industry of boutique fashion — an area that I noticed was not yet abundantly being offered online. With my personal love of online shopping and my ambitious mindset, I felt compelled to change that.

“Each day, I get to live out my dreams while running a successful online boutique. It’s really amazing! But I also juggle being a full-time CEO and entrepreneur with raising my little family and being the best mom and wife I can be. It’s not easy but I try as hard as I can each day!”

Six months after launching my website, the initial side hobby of selling clothes quickly evolved to an exceptional level of success. My husband and I quit our corporate jobs to focus on Pink Lily full time. Hundreds of orders a day led to the need to expand to the large-scale model operating out of a 50,000 square foot warehouse to fulfill the multi-million dollars in sales that continue to grow each year.

Within the first year of operation, Pink Lily had hit the multi-million dollar mark. The next 3 years had Pink Lily achieving over 30 million dollars in sales and is currently operated by over 200 full-time employees, the majority of whom are women. Since then, my accomplishments include being featured on Forbes.com, HuffPost, Entrepreneur.com, becoming an Inc. 5000 company in 2018, and receiving the 2018 Bowling Green Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

I'm THE BOSS LADY AROUND HERE.

Beyond this financial and professional success, my true accomplishment is creating something entirely my own, from the ground-up, and seeing how women are truly empowered through my business.

I have worked very diligently to create a business that supports ambitious women. Its core purpose also allows women from all walks of life to feel more confident and beautiful in the stunning boutique fashion made for real bodies.

My goal is to prove that women really can have and do it all - professional success and personal fulfillment. I am a 33-year-old mother of 3 who, together with my husband, started an online business from home.

"My goal is to prove that women really can have and do it all..."
