We are always looking for a quick and easy bite to put out before the big Thanksgiving meals to keep people’s hunger at bay, and these are perfect for snacking! Or have them as a side to liven up the roll/bread options. All ages in our house love these and they are simple to make so you can focus on the feast at hand.
Ingredients Needed:
(8 oz) tube crescent roll dough
Flour
Brie Cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
Fresh rosemary garnish
To make these yummy brie bites, follow the simple steps below:
1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Next, sprinkle some flour onto a cutting board and roll out vour crescent dough. Pinch the seams on the dough together.
2: Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into even strips both horizontally & vertically.
3: Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, and gently press your dough squares into the pan. Set aside.
4: Cut the brie cheese into bite-size pieces & place 1 piece of the cheese on top of each dough square in vour pan.
5: Mix together the cranberry sauce & orange marmalade, & then dollop some on top of the brie cheese.
6: Bake for about 15 mins in the oven. Once done, top with crushed pecans.
