There’s something about a dinner that feels special without being complicated—and this Ninja Crispi Steak Carnitas recipe is exactly that. It’s one of the easiest weeknight dinners and we LOVE this recipe.

It’s one of those meals that checks every box:
fast
flavorful
high-protein
and versatile enough to please everyone at the table

Whether you’re serving it as a rice bowl, stuffing it into tortillas for taco night, or prepping it for leftovers, this recipe is perfect for busy weeknights when you still want something satisfying.

The Ninja Crispi (or any air fryer) does all the heavy lifting here. The flank steak gets beautifully crispy on the edges while staying tender inside, and the onions and peppers cook down just enough to add sweetness and texture. The Siete Carnitas seasoning brings that bold, smoky flavor without needing a long ingredient list.

What I love most about this recipe is how customizable it is. Some nights we serve it over rice with black beans, cotija cheese, and a big spoonful of high-protein Greek yogurt for a healthier twist. Other nights, it becomes taco night with warm tortillas and all the toppings.

It’s one of those “throw it in, stir once, and dinner’s done” meals—perfect for real life, real schedules, and real hunger.

If you’re looking for an easy, protein-packed dinner that still feels intentional and delicious, this one deserves a spot on your weekly rotation.
