With Summer coming to an end and Fall approaching soon, I wanted to make a drink that is great to transition through the seasons. Moscow mules are a year round drink in my opinion and can be made in so many different ways. This mixed berry version turned out so yummy and refreshing. This recipe makes 1 drink. Here is how to make it!
INGREDIENTS:
½ Shot Raspberry Vodka
½ Shot Blueberry Vodka
½ Shot Lime Juice
8 ounces of Ginger Beer
Splash of Blood Orange Bitters or Triple Sec
Fresh Blueberries and Raspberries
Lime
INSTRUCTIONS:
Moscow mules are typically served in a copper tone cup. My cups are linked Here. You can purchase them individually. There are some stores that offer them in packs like the ones Here.
First you will want to put ice in your Moscow Mule glass. Fill it up about half way.
On top of the ice, pour in ½ Shot Raspberry Vodka (I recommend Finlandia Raspberry Vodka), ½ Shot Blueberry Vodka (I used Jeptha Creed Blueberry Flavored Vodka) , ½ Shot Lime Juice.
Pour in about 8 ounces of Ginger Beer or fill up the glass ¾ way.
Add a splash of Blood Orange Bitters or Triple Sec. I used De Kuyper Triple Sec.
Use the stir spoon from your bar tools to sir the ingredients in the glass.
Garnish with blueberries & a Lime wedge & Serve!
