With Christmas being right around the corner, I thought what better way to celebrate than by making a Christmas Charcuterie Wreath board. They’re always a hit with my family and friends and easy to throw together. When creating my charcuterie boards, I love to incorporate high quality food at an affordable price which is why I always choose my go to brand, Boar’s Head. They have such a diverse selection with their products which makes for the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. I have been buying Boar’s Head products for years now and highly recommend them to everyone!

Ingredients Used:

Boar’s Head Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese

Boar’s Head Smoked Gouda Cheese

Boar’s Head Jalapeno Pepper Cheese

Boar’s Head Vermont White Cheddar Cheese

Boar’s Head Genoa Salami

Boar’s Head Prosciutto

Boar’s Head Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus

Red Pepper Jelly

Honey

Salted Peanuts

Brie Cheese

Apple Slices

Grapes

Roma Tomatoes

Green Olives

Raspberries

Strawberries

Raincoat Crisps Fig & Olive Crackers

Breton Crackers

Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps

Firehook Baked Crackers

To make the Charcuterie Wreath board, follow these easy steps:

1: For an added touch, I first made “Salami roses” which is super easy to do! You simply take a wine glass and place pieces of salami around the rim of the glass making sure to slightly overlap the pieces as you place them. Continue doing this for a couple of layers and then carefully flip the wine glass over before gently pulling up on the glass. You now have rose shaped Salami which is a fun addition to any Charcuterie board!

2: I then took a Christmas tree cookie cutter and cut out the center of the Brie cheese before placing it on the Charcuterie BOARD. Then carefully remove the cheese from the cookie cutter and place it next to the base of the Brie cheese. Yet another fun touch to make it festive for Christmas! I personally like to fill the cutout with Red Pepper Jelly but you could use whatever jelly, glaze or sauce is your favorite.

3: Now you will simply start placing all your goodies! I usually like to place the different cheeses and meats first, and then add in the fruits, crackers and everything else. I find it easier placing items when using these RAMEKINS and smaller square BOWLS for sauces and smaller fruits/olives.

4: There is no set way when creating the Charcuterie Board. You can play around with the design of it and move items as you go along. It’s all about creativity and what you like presentation wise. Once you have everything placed where you want it, you can add in festive little touches such as the Christmas greenery I added on this Charcuterie Wreath board. Now you’re ready to display your masterpiece!

I know this Christmas Charcuterie Wreath board will be another huge hit with your family and friends for the holidays! It’s easy to throw together and is something everyone can snack on while waiting for lunch or dinner to be prepared. With Boar’s Head products being packed full of flavor, I guarantee this Wreath board will be devoured by all. I’d love for you to tag me if you give this a try so I can see all your fun creations also. Merry Christmas, friends!
