We are always looking for a quick and easy bite to put out before the big Thanksgiving meals to keep people’s hunger at bay, and these are perfect for snacking! Or have them as a side to liven up the roll/bread options. All ages in our house love these and they are simple to make so you can focus on the feast at hand.

Ingredients Needed:

(8 oz) tube crescent roll dough

Flour

Brie Cheese

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup cranberry sauce

1/4 cup orange marmalade

Fresh rosemary garnish

To make these yummy brie bites, follow the simple steps below:

1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Next, sprinkle some flour onto a cutting board and roll out vour crescent dough. Pinch the seams on the dough together.

2: Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into even strips both horizontally & vertically.

3: Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, and gently press your dough squares into the pan. Set aside.

4: Cut the brie cheese into bite-size pieces & place 1 piece of the cheese on top of each dough square in vour pan.

5: Mix together the cranberry sauce & orange marmalade, & then dollop some on top of the brie cheese.

6: Bake for about 15 mins in the oven. Once done, top with crushed pecans.

If you want a simple appetizer for a party or a warm-up to your Thanksgiving meal, these bites are the way to go. I promise all of your guests and family will love them! Tag me in your brie bite creations as I would love to see your variations on them. Enjoy!
