With Halloween right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to make some spooky cocktails that would be the perfect addition to any party. Champagne is my FAVORITE drink of choice, and I thought it would be fun to share a few Halloween-themed mimosas! Korbel California Champagne has the best options. It’s a brand I’ve been buying for years and years and highly recommend to everyone. Be sure to let me know if you try any of these out this Halloween season. It’s bound to be a Spooktacular time!
Halloween Bloody Mimosa
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Korbel
4 tsp of Grenadine
1 drop of red food coloring
To make this drink, you just follow these easy steps!
1: Fill your champagne glass up with the champagne until it’s about 1/2 inch from the rim.
2: You will now need to grab a spoon and flip it over. Pour the grenadine over the backside of the spoon creating a drizzled flow into the glass. I always use my jigger to measure and pour the grenadine.
3: Add in 1 drop of red food coloring and stir. You’re now ready to enjoy this yummy cocktail!
Champagne Coven Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Korbel
1 lemon
3/4 cup of blueberries
2 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of ginger (minced)
Steps to prepare this delicious cocktail:
1: Grab a glass and pour in the blueberries followed by the sugar. Make sure to cut the lemon in half and then with your handheld juicer, you are going to squeeze in the lemon juice.
2: Now you’ll want to add in the minced ginger. Using the muddler, you are going to mash everything together until it forms a more liquid consistency.
3: You’ll want to get a new glass and place a fine wire strainer over it. Pour the blueberry mixture into the strainer, and then you’ll once again use the muddler to mash the blueberries until no more liquid is seeping out. Set the strainer aside.
4: Grab a champagne glass, and pour in the blueberry mixture about 1/3 full. You’ll then add in the champagne until the glass is about 3/4 full and stir. Throw in some fresh blueberries, and you’re all set!
