Warm weather is officially here which means more pool days, weekends at the lake and lots of family gatherings! I love to sip on a fruity cocktail during the summer season and have found the perfect Lemon Berry Prosecco Cocktail recipe. It’s easy to whip up, makes a great addition to any party and guests will love it. This will be a summer staple for me, and I know you will love it too!
Ingredients Used:
Lemons
Blackberries
Strawberries
Sugar
Tito’s Vodka
Korbel Prosecco
With this recipe, you can make a smaller patch for just you and your spouse/friend or you can make a large batch to serve during a gathering with all your loved ones. To make a large batch, follow these simple steps:
1: In a larger drink dispenser, pour in 2 bottles of Korbel Prosecco as well as 6 oz of vodka. You can use any brand of each but I highly recommend Korbel for any Champagne needs.
2: Now add in the sugar (I recommend about 3-5 tbsp for a large batch but you can add more or less depending on your preference). Stir everything together making sure to really mix in the sugar.
3: You are now ready for the fruit! Cut 3 lemons into wedges making sure to save a few for garnishing at the end. Toss the lemon wedges into your drink mixture along with 1/2 cup of strawberries and blackberries. Again, you can use more or less berries pending what you like.
4: Stir everything together, and you’re ready to serve! Fill a cocktail glass 1/3 of the way with ice, add in your drink recipe and garnish with a few berries and lemon wedge. Voila!
I enjoy the flexibility of this recipe and being able to truly make it as strong or as sweet as everyone likes. It’s the perfect drink for summertime, and I know you will love it just as much as I do! I would like to see all the fun ways you whip up this cocktail. So make sure to tag me! Cheers!
