During the summer we like to eat a lot of fresh vegetables. Every summer, I make summer pasta salad. It has fresh vegetables and it’s so tasty. It doesn’t take but 15 minutes or so to put together.
INGREDIENTS:
Bow Tie Noodles
Bell Peppers
Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber
Feta cheese
Basil
Artichoke Hearts
Balsamic Dressing
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
To start, bring water to a boil. Add your noodles and let boil till cooked thoroughly.
While the noodles are boiling, chop your bell peppers, artichoke hearts, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
When the noodles are done cooking, strain the water and add to a serving dish that is big enough to mix all ingredients.
Mix all vegetables and noodles together.
Pour in Balsamic Dressing, sprinkle feta cheese & basil into the mixture. Mix together all in your serving dish.
