One of my family’s favorite fall traditions is visiting our local orchard and enjoying all the different activities and food they have there. From the hayride to the pumpkin patch, the playground with an enormous slide to race down, apple picking and even riding a horse, it’s always a day packed full of fun and giggles. While there, my kids and I always make sure to stop by the food hut and devour one of their delicious caramel apples. I thought what better way to continue the enjoyment of caramel apples than with a sangria recipe. I have to admit it’s now a fall favorite and one my girlfriends and I have in rotation for our wine nights. I think you will love it just as much too!
Ingredients Needed-
1 bottle of sparkling apple cider
1 bottle of white wine (Moscato is perfect for the sweetness.)
1/4 cup of caramel syrup (I used Torani’s Sugar-Free Classic Caramel Syrup.)
4 apples, chopped
Steps to make this drink recipe-
1: Get a pitcher just like this one HERE, and pour in the caramel syrup first.
2: Add in the bottle of white wine as well as the bottle of sparkling apple cider.
3: You now need to chop up your apples before adding them in the mixture. You can use as many or as little apples as you prefer, but I recommend about 3-4. Once you have them cut to your liking, you will gently add them to your pitcher and stir.
4: Grab your favorite wine glasses such as THESE and pour in the sangria. Voila!
Now I just need a warm blanket and a glass of this while sitting outside by the firepit with my friends catching up on life. I mean, who doesn’t love all things Fall!? I hope you try this sangria recipe out and let me know what you think. Happy Fall Y’all!
