Okay, friends, this hands down is one of my favorite go-to recipes. It is perfect for work parties, family gatherings or even tailgating at a football game. I cannot begin to tell you how big of a crowd pleaser this one is, and who doesn’t love a good crockpot recipe!? Easy preparation and easy clean-up for the win!
Ingredients Used-
8 oz Cream Cheese
16 oz Sour Cream
1/2 Cup of Butter (1 stick), cut into slices
6 oz Fresh Spinach, chopped
14 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
1/2 of a Fresh Jalapeno, finely chopped
2 Cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Chips for dipping (Tostito’s is usually my go to.)
Steps to make this crockpot recipe-
1: Place the butter, garlic & sour cream in the CROCKPOT. Add in the chopped jalapeno followed by the artichoke hearts.
2: Now add in the spinach, cream cheese & shredded cheese.
3: Set your crockpot to High and cook with the lid on for approximately 2 hours. Once the 2 hours is up, stir the mixture until it’s all combined and has a thicker consistency. Replace the crockpot lid and change your heat setting to Warm.
4: Grab a charcuterie board such as this one HERE or a large platter/plate. You will then place your bowl for the dip such as THIS one in the center of the board. Fill the space around the bowl with your chip of choice, and then fill up the bowl with as much dip as you prefer. You’re now all set!
I have a feeling your family and friends will love this just as much as I do. It’s the perfect addition to any party or football Sunday at home with family. Tag me and let me know if you give this crockpot dip a try. Happy tailgating season!
