Summer’s are made for all the fun sweet treats! Dirt Pudding Cups have been a dessert I’ve made for years and the kids love them. Here is how I make them!
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of Oreo Cookies (15 ounces)
1 package Chocolate Instant Pudding – Must be Instant
2 cups cold milk
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
Gummy worms
INSTRUCTIONS:
First you will want to add your oreos in a gallon zip lock bag to crush into crumbles. I used a rolling pin to crush them. You can also use a food processor for quicker results.
In a mixing bowl combine your instant pudding mix and milk. Whisk together.
Add in your whipping cream. Fold the whipped cream into your mixture.
Add in about half of the crumbled oreos. Fold into the pudding mixture.
Once all ingredients are combined, you are ready to assemble your cups.
I used glass serving cups and portioned the mixture into the cups. I added leftover oreo crumbles then topped it off with gummy worms.
You are ready to serve! These are so fun to make and take about 20 minutes or so. It takes a bit longer when crushing the oreos by hand, but overall very reasonable. This recipe made 4 cups!
