Ghost Brownies

hey
I’m a wife, mom, entrepreneur, and marketing expert teaching women with big dreams.

My kids love a sweet treat, and these ghost brownies are perfect especially for the Halloween season. They work great for those that don’t have a lot of time to prepare something and are ideal for classroom parties. Kids even think it’s a ton of fun getting to decorate the ghosts on their own. Simplistic yet delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Package of Jumbo Marshmallows

1 Box (16 oz) of Betty Crocker Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix (You can use whatever brownie mix you prefer.)

16 oz Container of Betty Crocker Whipped Fluffy White Icing

1 Tube of Betty Crocker Black Writing Gel

*Water, oil and eggs that are needed for brownie mix (This can be found on the back of the brownie mix box.)

You can use any brand for the ingredients which are available at most stores such as Wal-Mart, Target or even Dollar General. I usually go to Kroger for my goodies since most of the time I grab them while shopping my family’s grocery haul.

Steps To Create This Treat:

1: You will want to bake the brownies as directed on the back of the box with the ingredients listed on the box. You can really use any size baking dish but I would recommend one like I used HERE.

2: Allow the brownies to cool on a plate such as THIS one I used. Once the brownies have cooled, you will place one marshmallow on top of the brownie.

3: Now grab your container of icing and scoop out a big spoonful. You will drizzle the icing over the top of the marshmallow until all the sides are covered. You can take the backside of your spoon and spread it on the sides of the marshmallow if needed.

4: Take the black writing gel and make two eyes and a nose, and enjoy!

I guarantee your kids, nieces/nephews, cousins or even your siblings will love this fun treat. Make sure to tag me if you try out this recipe as I would love to see all your creations. Happy Halloween season friends!
