Since Christmas is quickly approaching and families will be gathering for lots of giggles and cheers, I thought what better way to celebrate than with a Cranberry Mimosa. As all of you know, champagne is my go to drink when wanting to celebrate or needing something a little bubbly which is why I knew I wanted to incorporate my favorite brand of Champagne, Korbel. It’s not only a brand I have been loyal to for quite some time, but it truly has the best flavor and adds the perfect touch for this Cranberry Mimosa. You will love it!

Ingredients Used:

Korbel California Champagne

Cranberry Juice

Cranberries

Sprig of Rosemary

Sparkling White Sugar

To make this delicious cocktail, follow these simple steps:

1: I like to first prep the ingredients I am needing. For me personally, THESE small square bowls work perfect for sorting everything I will be using. It’s easier to access stuff quickly.

2: To begin, you will lightly place the rim of the champagne GLASS in the cranberry juice and then immediately into the white sugar. You want to make sure the entire rim is covered.

3: Next you will fill your champagne GLASS about 1/3 of the way full with cranberry juice and then top it off with the Korbel Champagne. You’ll want to leave a little bit of room from the rim for your fresh additives.

4: Now add in some fresh cranberries as well as a sprig of rosemary and voila! Your Korbel Cranberry Mimosa is ready to enjoy.
