Mozzarella Crisps

We love a good snack and these Mozzarella crisps are divine! These make the perfect appetizer for you and your family for Italian night or a finger food for your summer gathering. 

Ingredients:

1 Loaf Sourdough Bread 

1 Tomato 

2 cups Mozzarella Cheese 

Olive Oil

Red Pepper Flakes 

Parsley

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

Slice sourdough bread in half and place pieces on a baking sheet 

Drizzle Olive oil over bread

Add a light layer of mozzarella cheese on each slice

Place 2 slices of tomato on each piece of bread. Sprinkle parsley and top with more mozzarella cheese and a dash of red pepper flakes. 

Put in oven till cheese is melted

Serve with balsamic, olive oil and herbs

These were very easy to make and you can make as many or as little as you need! This recipe made 8 servings on the sheet pan I used. Let me know if you try it!!
