Need a sweet treat to bring to a party that will impress? Try this delicious Nutella tree that is simple to make and a hit with all ages. I know my family loves it and it’s such a fun holiday dessert!

Ingredients Needed:
2 boxes of puff pastry
jar of Nutella
1 egg
whisked powdered sugar
To make this sweet Nutella tree, follow the simple steps below:

1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven is heating up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside.

2: On a cutting board, sprinkle some flour & lay one box of puff pastries on top of the flour. Carefully mesh the two pastry sheets together. Repeat this step with the second box of pastries.
3: With a sharp knife, carefully cut a Christmas tree shape into both of the puff pastries. Remove excess dough.

4: Gently sit one of the tree pastries to the side, and then cover the other one with Nutella. Place the other tree pastry on top of the Nutella.

5: Gently cut horizontal strips along each side of the tree making branches. (About 3 inches long at the base of the tree & then shorter as you move up.)
6: Brush on the egg wash & bake for 15-20 mins. Once done, sprinkle on some powdered sugar & enjoy!
