Ingredients:
2 oz coconut rum
4 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Grenadine
1 tbsp coconut cream
1 pineapple garnish fresh
Instructions:
Add Coconut rum and pineapple juices to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake well to combine and chill.
Pour over ice into a cocktail glass
Add coconut cream slowly by pouring over the back of a spoon
Add grenadine by pouring slowly over top
Garnish with a Fresh pineapple
