Pumpkin patch, pumpkin carving, pumpkin bread…give me all things pumpkin! This pumpkin iced cold brew is the perfect addition to your coffee regimen that you truly can enjoy all year long if you wanted to. It’s another recipe that can be made in just a few minutes which I know helps those that are rushing to get out the door for work, an appointment or even to sit in the school drop off line. It’s one you have to try!
Ingredients Used:
1 Tsp Liquid Stevia (You can use monk fruit instead also.)
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (You can use cinnamon in place of this if you prefer.)
1 Pinch of Sea Salt
1 Vanilla Bean
2 Cups of Oatmilk (You can use whatever milk you like best.)
1 Cup of Coffee
To make this delicious Pumpkin Cold Brew, you will simply follow these steps.
1: In a frother such as this one HERE, you are going to add the oatmilk, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. You’ll mix these together until you’ve reached the consistency you like.
2: You’ll now add in the vanilla bean, sea salt and liquid Stevia to the frother. Mix everything together for about 15 seconds. Again, you can mix it less or longer pending what consistency you prefer.
3: Grab a glass and fill it halfway with ice followed by the coffee. Make sure to only fill the glass about halfway with coffee as well. TIP: I have found pouring the coffee from THIS helps make less of a mess.
4: Pour your frothed mixture on top until the glass is almost completely full. Then grab a straw such as THIS, stir until everything is mixed and enjoy!
