Pumpkin Spice Martini

Recipes

the blog:

Just about every morning in the fall season you will find me carrying around my Pumpkin Cold Brew coffee. It is my go to “wake me up” that I so need and love! Due to this love for all things pumpkin, I decided to whip up a martini recipe that can be served at any fall gathering. It has been nothing short of a grand slam!

Ingredients Used:

2 tbsp. 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree

3/4 oz Simple Syrup

2 oz Vanilla Vodka

2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur

1/8 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Cinnamon stick for garnish (This is optional.)

To make this martini recipe, simply follow these few steps.

1: Fill the SHAKER about halfway with ice. Pour in the Bailey’s Irish Cream, Simple Syrup and Vodka using the JIGGER.

2: Add in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Put the lid on the SHAKER and shake until everything is blended well together which usually takes about 20-30 seconds. With the puree being a bit on the thicker side, I would mix everything a smidge longer.

3: Grab a martini GLASS and pour in the mixture. For an added touch, throw in a cinnamon stick for garnish and voila!

If you’re in a rush but wanting something classy and fun, I highly recommend this martini recipe. It’s simple but packed full of flavor that is perfect for the fall season. Yet another recipe that would be perfect for girls night, game night with friends, a potluck dinner or even a night at home sitting by a fire. I encourage all of you to try this recipe and tag me to let me know how you like it. Happy mixing friends!
