We LOVE chips and dip at my house but Guacamole has to be one of our very favorites. Anything with avacodos is a go-to. I shared my gaucamole recipe on Instagram stories last week and had so many messages about it so thought I would share the recipe again!
Ingredients:
Avocados- I used around 8 for this larger bowl
Tomatoes- 3/4
1 onion
1 lime
Cilantro
Garlic Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Additional Ingredients (not required)
Mango
Jalepeno
Smash the Avocados in a bowl. I like to use this Avocado Slicer to cut the avocado and then a Potato Smasher to smash it in a larger bowl.
Slice half of an onion into smaller pieces and add to the bowl.
Slice the lime in half and add the lime juice. I use this Lime Squeezer. You are going to add the juice from both halves.
Slice 3-4 smaller tomatoes or just 2 larger tomatoes into small diced size bites. Add them to the bowl.
Chop up around a 1/2 cup of cilantro and add
Mix in a tsp of Garlic Salt and stir. Add in more if needed.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
If you want to make it spicier then add in jalepenos or for a fun flavor add in a mango.
