A new summer fav!! I made this recently at home when Chris and I were grilling out by the pool, and it will forever be on my cocktail recipe rotation. It’s light, full of fruity flavor and super simple to whip up. Not to mention it too has a super easy clean up which works great when you have kids running around wanting to swim or go play ball outside. Chris’s family is coming to visit soon, and I can’t wait to have them try this while we are out at the lake house. I know it will be a hit!
1 bottle of Korbel Prosecco
1 bottle of Limoncello
1 cup raspberries
Follow these simple steps to make this delicious Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco:
1: Cut your lemons into wedges and gently rim the cocktail glasses with one of the wedges. Now dip the rim of the glass in the sugar and set aside.
2: Add about 5 raspberries into each glass and gently muddle them until they are mostly mashed together.
3: Fill each glass halfway with the Prosecco. I prefer Korbel brand as their flavors are the best of any I have tasted.
4: Add in the limoncello until the glass is almost completely full. If you prefer more of a Lemon flavor, then you could lessen the amount of Prosecco and add in more of the Limoncello. For me personally, I prefer a little more Korbel and a tad less Limoncello. Again, you can completely customize this recipe to your own liking. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and you’re ready to enjoy!
I promise you will love this summer spritzer just as much as my family and I. Simple ingredients, simple to throw together and simple cleanup…now that is a win in my books. Make sure to tag me if you give this a try. I’d love to see your variation of the recipe! Cheers, friends!
