This is hands down another favorite crockpot recipe of mine! It too is perfect for parties at home and tailgating during football season. You can serve it as an appetizer or a side dish. Personally, my family prefers to snack on it all day long. It’s one of those foods you can keep warm in the crockpot while watching a game or movie and the kids run wild playing. Win win for everybody!

Ingredients Used-

1 Package of Sausage

2 Cans of Rotel

2 Cream Cheese (8 oz each)

Chips for dipping

Steps To Make The Dip-

1: Cook the sausage in a skillet and then drain off the excess grease.

2: Add the sausage, both cans of rotel and both cream cheese into your CROCKPOT.

3: Cook on Low for approximately 4 hours. You can move the temperature to High which will cook it slightly quicker. Usually I just throw it all in the crockpot early enough to where I can do other tasks around my house in preparation for the gathering or event we’re partaking in.

4: Grab a charcuterie BOARD or a large plate/platter as well as a bowl such as THIS for the dip. Place the bowl in the middle of the board, and fill the space surrounding it with chips. Spoon the dip into your bowl, and you’re ready to set it out for family and friends to enjoy.

I can assure you this will become a staple in your recipe list for future events, parties or family gatherings. My husband and kids request for me to make it all the time! I hope you enjoy the Sausage Rotel Dip as much as we do. Feel free to tag me if you give it a try. Enjoy!
